These Terms of Service govern your use of shipdirs.com and its directory, account, submission, newsletter, and related features. By using Shipdirs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Shipdirs provides curated information and links for discovery purposes. Listings, categories, descriptions, blog posts, and other content do not constitute professional advice, an endorsement, or a guarantee of a product's quality, security, availability, pricing, or suitability.
Third-party products and websites are controlled by their respective operators. You are responsible for reviewing their terms, privacy policies, security, pricing, and other conditions before using them.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized account activity. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by law.
You may submit only content that you have the right to provide. Your submission must be accurate, lawful, relevant, and free of malicious code, deceptive claims, impersonation, and infringement. Free submissions may require a backlink as described on the Pricing or Submit pages.
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You grant Shipdirs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, edit for clarity, display, and distribute that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the directory.
We may approve, reject, categorize, edit, feature, unpublish, or remove a submission at our discretion. Publication timing and continued availability are not guaranteed.
AI-assisted features may generate incomplete or inaccurate suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and confirming generated content before submitting or publishing it. Do not use these features with confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive information.
You may not misuse Shipdirs, interfere with its operation, bypass access controls, scrape the service in a manner that causes unreasonable load, distribute malware, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, violate another person's rights, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
The Shipdirs name, branding, site design, and original editorial content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Product names, logos, and trademarks displayed in listings belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and directory purposes.
Shipdirs does not currently accept payment for featured or sponsored placement. Any displayed paid plans are previews marked as unavailable. If paid services are introduced, pricing, payment terms, refund rules, and provider-specific conditions will be presented before a purchase is completed.
Shipdirs is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and accuracy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipdirs and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service or third-party products. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as the service evolves. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated or when necessary to protect the service and its users.
